You engage all necessary resources and develop processes and programs to ensure that customers will effectively implement our software on time and on budget to deliver value to their organizations. You provide post-implementation support as necessary to ensure customer success.
This role will be foundational to building Corvex’s customer success team.

You help map and improve customer business processes to best take advantage of the new software systems. You love taking on tough, complex projects and managing from inception to successful rollout and beyond to ensure end-user adoption. You love taking care of customers, showing them new ways, helping them to understand our product and the value that it can deliver to the customer.
You understand the impact of business decisions on business processes and how to best configure and implement our software for the customer. You are proactive in anticipating and resolving problems. You are a great project manager. You are continually learning new skills and knowledge. You don’t mind helping others wherever needed whether it’s in sales, marketing or product management. You take ownership, initiative and pride in your work. You are the voice of the customer to our Company.
Your Responsibilities
First, you will complete in-house training on the software how it is utilized and how to present the software to the end user to ensure customer success. Once end user is utilizing the software you will monitor usage and encourage continued use.
