Depending on how you use the Service, we or your organization may collect the following categories of information:


  • Identifiers: Name, work email address, employee ID, username, and password (to create and manage your account and provide core app functionality).
  • Contact details: Optional phone number (for SMS notifications).
  • Employment‑related information: Your role, department, or assigned work location (to tailor content and reporting for your organization).
  • Location data: Information about your approximate location within a facility, as described in “Use of Location Data” below.
  • Usage and log information: App usage data, device information, IP address, and diagnostic data, as described in “Log and Usage Data” below.


We use this information to provide and maintain the Service, personalize your experience, communicate with you and your organization, monitor and improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations.



Use of Location Data

The Corvex mobile app uses your device’s Bluetooth and operating system location services to determine your approximate location within your organization’s facilities (for example, “Loading Dock” or “Shipping Department”). This information is used to:

  • Provide relevant training or safety content for a zone or nearby equipment.
  • Remind you of safety or other requirements that apply to a zone.
  • Automatically identify the zone when you submit information in the app.
  • Send you notifications about important information or requirements as you enter or leave zones.


When you are signed in to the app, the app may access location and Bluetooth information in the background (when the app is not actively open or when your screen is off) to support these features.


Location data, including the zones you were in and the times you were in them, is stored in the Corvex system and made available to your organization for reporting and analysis. It is not sold or shared with other organizations for their own independent use; it may be shared with third‑party service providers that process data on our behalf as described in “Service Providers.”


You can control location permissions using your device settings. However, if you disable location services or Bluetooth for the app, some or all location‑based features may not work.


Where required by applicable law, we will only process your location data with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time via in‑app settings or by contacting your organization’s administrator or Corvex using the contact details below. When you withdraw consent, we will stop collecting location data and will delete or de‑identify non‑essential location data associated with your account within the time period required by applicable law. We may retain certain information where we are required to do so by law or where it is necessary for our legitimate business purposes, such as compliance, security, or record‑keeping.


Log and Usage Data

We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.
